This Privacy Policy explains how Colorado Motorcars ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our text messaging (SMS) program. 1. What information we collect

When you opt in to our text messaging program we collect the mobile phone number you provide, your name, and (if you choose to provide it) your email address. 3. SMS opt-in and consent

By providing your mobile number and checking a consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Colorado Motorcars at that number. Service messages and marketing messages are two separate, independent checkboxes — you may check either, both, or neither, and the form submits regardless. Checking a box is optional and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Our text messaging program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

4. How we share information — and the limits on SMS data

Colorado Motorcars does not share, sell, or rent your mobile opt-in consent or phone number to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the messaging program (such as our messaging platform and carriers) solely to deliver the messages you requested, and only as required by law.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our sign-up page uses only essential cookies and the minimal technical data needed to process your submission and secure the form against abuse. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site analytics trackers on this page, and we do not use your SMS opt-in information for cross-site advertising. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the sign-up form will still work. We do not sell data collected through cookies or tracking technologies.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you provide. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored encrypted at rest in our access-controlled customer records system. Access is limited to authorized dealership staff on a need-to-know basis, protected by individual accounts, role-based permissions, and multi-factor authentication.
