Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Colorado Motorcars text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms. Colorado Motorcars is located at 1690 W Hamilton Pl, Sheridan, CO 80110.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and participate in the Colorado Motorcars text messaging program. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile number provided.

2. Program description and message types

The program offers two independent types of messages, each with its own optional consent checkbox on our sign-up form. Service and account messages include appointment reminders, vehicle availability and follow-up, financing and trade-in updates, and service reminders. Marketing and promotional messages include special offers, sales events, and new inventory. Messages are sent to the mobile number you provided (including via an automatic telephone dialing system). You may consent to either type, both, or neither. Consent to receive these messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and our promotions.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Colorado Motorcars does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

5. Opt-out

You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent, unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling us at (720) 893-3535.

6. Help

For help, reply HELP to any message or call us at (720) 893-3535.

7. Carriers and liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued participation in the program after a change means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, reply STOP to opt out.
